I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to deal with symptoms like joint pain, bloating, or reflux without clear answers. I have psoriatic arthritis that caused a lot of joint pain as well as other uncomfortable symptoms.


When I discovered the elimination/reset process, everything shifted. I finally understood which foods worked well for my body and which ones didn’t — and that clarity changed my health and energy in powerful ways.


Now, my mission is to make this process simple and supportive for others. I provide recipes, shopping lists, tips, and encouragement so you don’t have to figure it out on your own. My goal is to help you feel empowered, clear, and confident in understanding your body.

How the Elimination/Reset Process Works

 

Step 1: Eliminate
You’ll start by removing common trigger foods that are known to cause issues for many people. This gives your body a chance to calm inflammation and reset.

Step 2: Reset
During this phase, you’ll focus on nourishing, simple meals that are less likely to cause symptoms. This is where your body can begin to heal and you’ll often start noticing improvements.

Step 3: Reintroduce & Test
One at a time, you’ll slowly add foods back in while paying close attention to how your body responds. This is the discovery phase — you’ll clearly see which foods are supportive and which ones may be causing discomfort.

Step 4: Track & Learn
By journaling or tracking your results, you’ll create a personalized roadmap of what works best for your unique body.

Step 5: Move Forward with Clarity
With your results, you’ll know which foods to enjoy freely, which to limit, and which to avoid — so you can feel better, reduce symptoms, and support long-term health.
